MUTTON ROAST RECIPE
WHAT IS A MUTTON ROAST?
Mutton roast is actually the dish loved in Asian countries but obviously, vegetarians don`t like it. It is a delicious dish made up of mutton legs and some spices. It is very crispy and tasty. Actually, there are many types of roast chicken roast, beef roast, mutton roast, etc. Every roast has its own taste but the mutton roast is also very delicious.
WHAT FIRSTLY DO WE DO TO MAKE MUTTON ROAST?
We take mutton legs (1kg ) in the bowl, add vinegar (1 cup) and soak it for 2 hours and then oil the pan and fry the mutton leg until it becomes light brown.
MARINATION PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
- Yogurt (1 cup )
- ginger garlic paste (1 tsp)
- mustard paste (1 tsp)
- prune water (3 tsp)
- salt to taste
- nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
- yellow food color (1/2 tsp )
- cumin powder (1 tsp)
- mace powder (1 tsp)
- black cardamom powder (1 tsp)
- green chilies paste (1 tsp)
- red chili powder (1 tsp)
- caper powder (1 tsp)
- fried mutton
DIRECTION
- Now take a bowl add yogurt (1 cup), ginger garlic paste (1 tsp), mustard paste (1 tsp), prune water (3 tsp), salt to taste, nutmeg (1/2 tsp), yellow food color (1/2 tsp), cumin powder (1 tsp), mace powder (1 tsp), black cardamom powder (1 tsp), green chilies paste (1 tsp), red chili powder (1 tsp), caper powder (1 tsp) and fried mutton, mix well and marinate for 4-6 hour
- After that, wrap the mutton in aluminum foil.
- Now take a pan, add water as required, and steam for 1 hour.
SERVING
Now serve it with the chapatti, cold drink, and the things you like to serve.
