MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
- Instant coffee (2 tsp )
- All-purpose flour (2&1/2 tsp )
- cocoa powder (3/4 cup )
- baking powder (1&1/2 tsp )
- baking soda (1/2 tsp )
- salt (1/2 tsp )
- caster sugar (1&1/2 tsp )
- 3 eggs (room temperature )
- 1 cup milk (room temperature )
- cooking oil (1/2 cup )
- vinegar (1/2 tsp )
- vanilla essence (2 tsp )
- butter
- butter paper
CHOCOLATE SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- Cocoa powder (1/2 cup )
- caster sugar (1/2 cup )
- hot water (1 cup )
CHOCOLATE FROSTING INGREDIENTS
- Water as required
- chocolate (semi-sweet ) 400g
- whipping cream (300ml )
- vanilla essence (1/2 tsp )
- cocoa powder (2 tsp )
DIRECTION
- First of all, take a glass jug add 1 cup hot water and instant coffee (2 tsp ) and mix well, and set it aside.
- Now take All-purpose flour (2&1/2 cup ) in the bowl, add cocoa powder (3/4 cup ), baking powder (1&1/2 tsp ), baking soda (1/2 tsp ), salt (1/2 tsp ) and sift together. now add caster sugar (1&1/2 tsp ), mix well, add 3 eggs, milk (1 cup), cooking oil (1/2 cup ), vinegar (1/2 tsp ), vanilla essence (2 tsp), and beat until when combined, add dissolved coffee and beat well and set it aside
- Now take a pan and grease it with butter, and stick the butter paper well in the pan, now add the mixture in it, bake in the pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180*C for 40 min. PREPARE CHOCOLATE SYRUP
Take a bowl, add cocoa powder (1/2 cup ), caster sugar (1/2 cup ), and hot water (1 cup ), whisk well, and set aside.
PREPARE CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Take water as required in the bowl, add chocolate (semi-sweet) 400g, whipping cream (300ml ), and whisk well until smooth, add vanilla essence (1/2 tsp ), cocoa powder (2 tsp ), whisk until well combined, let it cool and refrigerate it for 1-2 hour. now take ice cubes in the bowl and put the mixing bowl on it, whisk it well, and transfer to the piping bag.
