MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Instant coffee (2 tsp )
  • All-purpose flour (2&1/2 tsp )
  • cocoa powder (3/4 cup )
  • baking powder (1&1/2 tsp )
  • baking soda (1/2 tsp )
  • salt (1/2 tsp )
  • caster sugar (1&1/2 tsp )
  • 3 eggs (room temperature )
  • 1 cup milk (room temperature )
  • cooking oil (1/2 cup )
  • vinegar (1/2 tsp )
  • vanilla essence (2 tsp )
  • butter 
  • butter paper

CHOCOLATE  SYRUP INGREDIENTS

  • Cocoa powder (1/2 cup )
  • caster sugar (1/2 cup )
  • hot water (1 cup )

CHOCOLATE FROSTING INGREDIENTS

  • Water as required
  • chocolate (semi-sweet )  400g
  • whipping cream (300ml )
  • vanilla essence (1/2 tsp )
  • cocoa powder (2 tsp )

DIRECTION

  • First of all, take a glass jug add 1 cup hot water and instant coffee (2 tsp ) and mix well, and set it aside.

  • Now take All-purpose flour (2&1/2 cup ) in the bowl, add cocoa powder (3/4 cup ), baking powder (1&1/2 tsp ), baking soda (1/2 tsp ), salt (1/2 tsp ) and sift together. now add caster sugar (1&1/2 tsp ), mix well, add 3 eggs, milk (1 cup), cooking oil (1/2 cup ), vinegar (1/2 tsp ), vanilla essence (2 tsp), and beat until when combined, add dissolved coffee and beat well and set it aside
  • Now take a pan and grease it with butter, and stick the butter paper well in the pan, now add the mixture in it, bake in the pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180*C for 40 min. PREPARE CHOCOLATE SYRUP

Take a bowl, add cocoa powder (1/2 cup ), caster sugar (1/2 cup ), and hot water (1 cup ), whisk well, and set aside.

PREPARE CHOCOLATE FROSTING 

Take water as required in the bowl, add chocolate (semi-sweet) 400g, whipping cream (300ml ), and whisk well until smooth, add vanilla essence (1/2 tsp ), cocoa powder (2 tsp ), whisk until well combined, let it cool and refrigerate it for 1-2 hour. now take ice cubes in the bowl and put the mixing bowl on it, whisk it well, and transfer to the piping bag.
