WHAT IS CHICKEN BROAST?

Hey there! hope you all are better. Are you all love  the Chicken Broast like me. If you, then this blog is very special for you. today, I will cook the chicken broast with little bit spices. So, lets get started. follow properly my instructions. 
 PREPARATION PROCESS

INGREDIENTS
  • Full cream milk ( 3 cups )
  • Lemon juices ( 4 tsp )
  • Red chili powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Salt ( 1&1/2 tsp )
  • Black pepper powder
  • Garlic powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Cumin powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Paprika powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Mixed herbs ( 1 tsp )
  • Chicken pieces with skin ( 1kg )

DIRECTION 

  • Firstly, take  a bowl and add required quantities of cream milk and lemon juice, cover it and let it rest for 10 min and your butter milk is ready.
  • Now take another bowl and add required quantities of red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, mixed herbs, chicken pieces with skin , mix them all well and cover to marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.

COOKING PROCESS

INGREDIENTS
  • All purpose flour sifted ( 2 cups )
  • Red chili powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Salt (1 tsp )
  • Black pepper powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Onion powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Garlic powder ( 1 tsp )
  • Eggs ( two )
  • Cooking oil ( 140 C )


DIRECTION
  • Take the bowl and add all purpose flour 2 cup, and according to the quantities add red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, mix well and set aside.
  • Take two eggs in the small bowl and whisk it well.
  • Now add the cooking oil for fry in the pan and heat it. After that, take pieces of marinated chicken one by one and deeply dip into the flour mixture which we can prepare and make the thick crumbs on it and then fry them on the low flame until golden brown or for 8-10 min. then fry on high flame until crispy approximately 2 min.
