OREO CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE


INGREDIENTS

  • Oreo biscuits roughly chopped 12-15 or as required

Prepare Ganache:




  • Milk chocolate chopped 120g 
  • Diary Cream 120ml 
  • (Salt) 1 pinch 
  • Diary Cream whipped
  • Oreo biscuits
  • Liquified chocolate
  • biscuit crumbled
DIRECTION

Prepare Crust:



In a chopper, add oreo bread rolls and cycle until finely squashed.
