BUTTER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- (Yogurt) ½ Cup
- (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Oil 2 tsp
- (Butter) 2-3 tsp
- (Cinnamon stick)
- (Green cardamom)
- (Onion) grated 1 small
- (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tsp
- (Green chilies) crushed ½ tsp
- (Tomatoes) grinded 1 Cup
- Tomato paste 2 tsp
- (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- (Sugar) 1 tsp
- (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Cream ½ Cup
- (Milk) ½ Cup
- (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
- (Butter) Cream
In bowl, add yogurt, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and mix well.
Add chicken boneless solid shapes, blend well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pot, add oil and marinated chicken, mix ell, and cook until chicken is done & set aside.
In the pot, add butter and let it melt, add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, onion ,ginger garlic, green chili and sauté until onion is translucent.
Add crushed tomato, tomato glue and blend well, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder, nutmeg powder, paprika powder, and sugar, blend well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water and mix well.
In a bowl, add cream, milk, and whisk well.
In a pot, gradually add cream milk and mix well.
Presently add cooked chicken and blend well.
Add dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
Showy with margarine, cream and serve.
