PATTY BURGER
PREPARE BEEF PATTY
INGREDIENTS
- Mince ( 500g )
- Egg yolk ( one )
- BBQ sauce ( 1 tsp )
- Red chili crushed ( 1/2 tsp )
- Black pepper powder ( 1 tsp )
- Salt ( 1/2 tsp )
- Garlic powder ( 1 tsp )
- Fresh coriander chopped ( 2 tsp )
- Take mince (500g) in the bowl nd add one egg yolk, BBQ sauce (1 tsp), red chili sauce (1/2 tsp), black pepper powder (1 tsp), salt (1/2 tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), fresh coriander chopped (2 tsp), mix it well , then grease hands with oil and make 9 patties of the mince .
MINCE FRY PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking oil ( 1-2 tsp )
- Mince
- Cheddar cheese slices ( two )
- Cooking oil ( 1 tsp )
- Pepperoni slices as required
- Fry the patties in the pan for 4-5 min and take two slices of cheddar cheese and pepperoni slices that cover the patty and fry from both sides for a min.
PREPARE MUSHROOM AND ONION SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- Butter ( 1-2 tsp )
- Mushroom sliced ( 1 cup )
- Onion sliced ( 1 large )
- Salt ( 1/4 tsp )
- Black pepper powder ( 1/4 tsp )
- Cream ( 3 tsp )
- Heat the butter (1-2 tsp) in the pan and add sliced mushrooms (1 cup) and saute for a min, then add 1 large sliced onion, salt , black pepper crushed and cook for 2-3 min ,then add cream (3 tsp) and mix it well.
PREPARE SPECIAL BBQ BURGER SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- Mayonnaise ( 1/4 cup )
- Tomato ketchup ( 1/4 cup )
- BBQ sauce ( 2 tsp )
- Mustard paste ( 1 tsp )
- Vinegar ( 1/2 tsp )
- Garlic powder ( 1/4 tsp )
- Onion powder ( 1/4 tsp )
- Salt ( 1 pinch )
- Take a bowl and add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard paste, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt 1 pinch and whisk well.
ASSEMBLING
INGREDIENTS
- Butter
- Burger buns
- Prepared burger sauce
- Iceberg
- Onion rings
- Tomatoes slices
- Double beef patty with cheese
- Prepared mushroom and onion sauce
- Mustard sauce
- Buttered the burger buns and on the lower bun spread the prepared burger sauce, put on ice burgs, onion rings, tomato slices , double beef patty with cheese and on it spread prepared mushroom and onion sauce and then prepared burger sauce and mustard sauce and put bun on it.
