FRIED RICE
Fried rice is a special recipe of rice. It is most favorite food of people. Fried rice is made up of chicken, egg, rice and other ingredients. Fried rice is my opinion is the best our recipe that we use even in the breakfast or in lunch. I hope you also like it. So, without wasting time lets get started.
PREPARATION PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Fillet ( 250g )
- Cooking Oil ( 1&1/2 tsp )
- Eggs ( Three )
- First of all, take chicken fillet ( 250g ) on the cutting board and cut them into thin strips and set aside.
- Now take a pan, add cooking oil ( 1&1/2 tsp ), eggs ( 3 ) and fry the egg 2-3 min.
COOKING PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Oil ( 2 tsp )
- Garlic chopped ( 1 tsp )
- Chicken
- Carrot julienne ( 1/2 cup )
- Capsicum julienne ( 1/2 cup )
- Cabbage ( 3/4 cup )
- Sugar ( 1/2 tsp )
- Salt ( 1/4 tsp )
- Rice basmati ( 1/2 kg )
- Chicken powder ( 1 tsp )
- Black pepper powder ( 1 tsp )
- White pepper powder ( 1/2 tsp )
- Vinegar ( 1 tsp )
- Soy sauce ( 1&1/2 tsp )
- Egg
- Green onion leaves ( 1/2 cup )
- First of all, Now take a pan, add Cooking oil ( 2 tsp ), Garlic chopped ( 1 tsp ), Chicken, Carrot julienne ( 1/2 cup ), Capsicum julienne ( 1/2 cup ), Cabbage ( 3/4 cup ), Sugar ( 1/2 ), Salt( 1/4 tsp ), and mix well for a min and cook for 2-3 min and fry until light golden.
- And then further add Rice basmati ( 1/2 kg soaked and boiled with salt), Chicken powder ( 1 tsp ), Black pepper powder ( 1 tsp ), White pepper powder ( 1/2 tsp ), Vinegar ( 1 tsp ), Soy sauce ( 1&1/2 tsp ), Eggs and Green onion leaves ( 1/2 cup ) and give it a good mix and cook for 4-5 min. The fried rice recipe is ready.
