CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH

Sandwich in my opinion is the best ever food that we use even in the breakfast or in the lunch. It is the favorite food of children Students loves to take it in their lunch boxes. Chicken sandwich is made up of crispy fried chicken and different spicy sauces. So, lets get go.

INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar (1 tsp)
  • yeast (1/2 tsp)
  • olive oil
  • all purpose flour (1/2 cup)
  • garlic chopped (1 tsp)
  • onion chopped (1/2 cup)
  • chicken boneless cubes (500g)
  • chili garlic sauce (1/4 cup)
  • hot sauce (2 tsp)
  • soy sauce (1 tsp)
  • lemon juice (1 tsp)
  • black pepper powder (1 tsp)
  • white pepper powder (1/2 tsp)
  • red chili flakes (1 tsp)
  • carrot chopped (1/4 cup)
  • yellow capsicum chopped (1/4 cup)
  • cabbage chopped (1/4 cup)
  • red capsicum chopped (1/4 cup)
  • boiled macaroni (2 cups)
  • mozzarella and cheddar cheese grated (1 cup)
  • mayonnaise as required
  • oregano

DIRECTION

  • Take a bowl and add water(3/4 cup), sugar (1 tsp), yeast (1/2 tsp), and mix it well then add olive oil (3 tsp), all purpose flour (2&1/2 cup), salt (1 tsp) and knead a smooth dough, then cover it and rest until double in size.
  • Now take a pan and oil(2 tsp), heat it and add garlic chopped (1tsp), onion chopped (1/2 tsp) and saute until soft and translucent, then add chicken boneless cubes (500g ), cook until changes color and then put chili garlic sauce (1/4 cup), hot sauce (2 tsp), soy sauce (1 tsp), lemon juice (1 tsp), salt to taste into it and cook it.
  • After that add black pepper powder (1 tsp), white pepper powder (1/2 tsp), red chili flakes (1 tsp) and cook for 2-3 min and then add carrot chopped(1/4 cup), yellow capsicum chopped (1/4 cup), cabbage chopped (1/4 cup), red capsicum chopped (1/4 cup), cook for 2-3 min, and then add boiled macaroni (2 cup), cook for 2-3 min , then add mozzarella and cheddar cheese grated nd cook until cheese has melted, now take off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
  • Now take the dough and cut it into four equal parts, spread all purpose flour on one of it  and roll out into a thin round disc and then cook its both sides on the pan until half done.
  • At last, apply oil on the plate for greasing and put cooked dough on it and spread mayonnaise as required on it, chicken macaroni as required and put another cooked dough on it and add mozzarella and cheddar cheese grated as required, red chili flakes as required, oregano as required and bake at 180* for 10-12 min or until cheese melts and that is ready to serve.
