CHICKEN BREAD CONES
Are you like the chicken breads as I. Chicken bread is the snacks that we use in the breakfast or mostly in lunch. It is actually the soft fried bread triangles filled with the chicken and some veggies and sauces. today, I want to share the recipe of chicken bread cones, so lets get started.
TANDOORI CHICKEN PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken boneless small cubes (250g)
- Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp)
- Yogurt (2-3 tsp)
- Tandoori masala (1&1/2 )
Add cooking oil(2 tsp) in the pan, heat it and add chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, tandoori masala, mix it well and cook until chicken is done and then cook on flame until it dried up. Then let it cool down and set aside.
BREAD FILLING PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS
- Cabbage (1&1/2 cup)
- Green onion chopped (1/4 cup)
- Black pepper crushed (1 tsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Mayonnaise (3 tsp)
- Tomato ketchup (2 tsp)
- Cooked tandoori chicken
- All purpose flour
- Water (2 tsp)
- Take a bowl and add cabbage shredded, green onion chopped, black pepper crushed. Salt to taste, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, cooked tandoori chicken, mix it well and set aside.
- Take a small bowl and add all purpose flour (3 tsp) add water, whisk well and flour slurry is ready.
BREAD PREPARATION
Take bread slices and cut it edges, pressed it and apply flour slurry only on bread edges and roll it to make cone shape and then fill it with the mixture that we can make, add mozzarella cheese grated (1 tsp) and seal it properly . After that take two eggs in the bowl and add water (2 tsp) in it and then add black pepper powder and whisk it well. And also take bread crumbs in another bowl and dip the chicken bread cones in the egg mixture and then in bread crumbs and fry them on medium flame.
SERVE
NOW SERVE IT WITH KETCHUP AND MAYONNAISE AND ENJOY YOURSELVE.
