Coffee Cake Recipe
Coffee cake is one of the sweetest dishes, everyone likes the more. Especially coffee lovers prefer this dish more. Coffee cake is actually the moist and fluffy cake that melts in the mouth with coffee and cream fillings and feels to be very much delicious. The taste of the coffee cake is only imagined by those people who are crazy about it. Today, we are going to make a delicious coffee cake. So, please stay with me. I hope so you love it.
PREPARATION OF PLAN CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- All-purpose flour (250g)
- salt (1/2 tsp )
- baking powder (2 tsp )
- milk (1/4 cup )
- instant coffee (1/2 tsp )
- unsalted butter (200g )
- caster sugar (1 cup )
- 4 eggs
- vanilla essence (1/2 tsp )
- butter paper
COFFEE BUTTER FROSTING INGREDIENTS
- Sugar (2 cups)
- cream (2 tsp )
- instant coffee (2 tsp )
- butter (150g )
- salt (1 pinch )
COFFEE SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- Caster sugar (1/4 cup )
- instant coffee (1/2 tsp )
- hot water (1/2 cup )
- Firstly, take all-purpose flour (250g) in the bowl and add salt (1/2 tsp ), baking powder (2 tsp ) and sift all the dry ingredients together and then mix well and set aside.
- Now take a glass having milk (1/4 cup ), add instant coffee (1/2 tsp ) in it and whisk well.
- Take unsalted butter (200g) in the bowl and beat it until fluffy now add caster sugar (1 cup ) and beat well. after that, add 4 eggs one by one and beat well with the beater. Add dry ingredients ( half quantity ) and again beat on low speed.
- After that, add prepared coffee milk, vanilla essence (1/2 tsp ) and beat again, add remaining dry ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined
. - Now take a 9" inch baking pan, grease it with butter and stick properly the butter paper in the pan, add prepared mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 40 min and after baking let it cool down.
- Now take sugar (2 cups) and grind it to make powder, add cream (2 tsp ) and instant coffee (2 tsp ), whisk well, and set aside.
- Take a butter (150g) and beat it until it changes its color, gradually add powdered sugar and beat again, add salt 1 pinch and beat well, then add cream and coffee mixture, vanilla essence, beat until well combined and transfer to a piping bag.
- Now take hot water (1/2 cup ) and add caster sugar (1/4 cup ), instant coffee (1/2 tsp ), mix well, and set aside.
- Now cut horizontally the baked cake into 3 pieces, now take one piece, firstly spread coffee syrup and then coffee frosting that we have prepared on it and put the second piece on it and again doing the same thing and fill the cake from inside and outside with the coffee frosting.
- In the end, sprinkle the chopped almond on the cake and decorate it, refrigerate until it chilled, and enjoy it
